Michael Grund, Andreas Höfler, and the shareholders of Grundinvest GmbH and Sensus Pura Beteiligungs GmbH have been active in investor advisory, corporate consulting, fundraising, investment, and management for over 25 years with their teams. They have successfully built and guided companies through to exit. As board members, they are responsible for selecting and overseeing portfolio companies, actively supported by a team of internationally experienced network partners.
Through its own investment platform, Sensus Pura Germany GmbH (“SPG”), Sensus Pura issues securities for its investments based on Germany’s Electronic Securities Act (eWpG). The issuance is tailored to Sensus Pura and its portfolio companies, with conditions customized to each company. These securities can be held in a depot or in a proprietary register on the platform—a cost-effective, secure, and efficient solution. Investors have 24/7 online access to their investments, similar to online banking. The processes are automated and standardized, including onboarding and KYC (according to anti-money laundering laws). With contracts involving specialist partners, the SPG investment platform holds all necessary approvals from the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) for issuing, offering, and storing securities. The Sensus Pura investment portfolio is regularly evaluated according to internationally recognized standards and is transparently presented to investors.
