Sensus Pura Germany provides investors with periodic information regarding their investments via the platform. Moreover, Sensus Pura Industries AG, the parent company of Sensus Pura Germany, actively supports these companies and their development.

You can open an account with Sensus Pura free of charge and without obligation. Click on “Register” (a valid email address is required) and follow the steps. After registering, you can browse the platform and view available projects. If you want to invest in a specific project, you must complete the full registration process, including providing all necessary data, completing the KYC process, and fulfilling anti-money laundering requirements. Once your registration is confirmed, you are authorized to make your first investment. Under “Invest Now,” you’ll be guided through the fully digital investment process. Be sure to align the project with your risk profile and time horizon, and invest an amount suited to both.

Investors can purchase (subscribe to) securities, which are issued electronically instead of in traditional paper form, as regulated by Germany’s Electronic Securities Act (eWpG) of June 10, 2021. This provides significant advantages, such as lower costs, 24/7/365 access to investments, faster allocation within minutes, and the ability to manage investments through an app, including buying and selling securities. Sensus Pura leverages the options available under this law, such as shares, bonds, and hybrid forms, to develop tailored financing solutions for the companies we support. Our investment focus is on health care, healthy food, digitalization, and selected real estate projects, primarily in the DACH region.

Most financing requests come from the Sensus Pura network itself. The evaluation process focuses on four key criteria: management, value chain, strategy, and track record. The entrepreneur and their vision are at the core of this evaluation. The partners of Sensus Pura are experienced entrepreneurs who have built successful companies, managed crises, and completed acquisitions and sales. This experience is invaluable and cannot be replaced by any computer model. The selection process is strict, and selected companies receive active support either directly or through our network. This includes involvement in key business decisions, offering investors greater security and transparency. Quality, not quantity, is our priority, unlike traditional crowdfunding platforms.

The minimum investment varies by project and typically ranges between €500 and €3,000.

While all investments on the Sensus Pura platform are selected with strict criteria, they still carry the risk of total loss. Sensus Pura strives to mitigate this risk through a careful selection process and active support of the companies. However, the risk cannot be completely eliminated.
