Sensus Pura Industries AG, or simply Sensus Pura, is a Switzerland-based company developing a corporate group structure. Through the acquisition of selected projects and targeted investments in companies within the DACH region and high-growth markets such as Vietnam, we create sustainable value and support businesses on their path to success.

Michael Grund, Andreas Höfler, and the shareholders of Sensus Pura Beteiligungs GmbH have been active for over 25 years with their teams in investor advisory, business consulting, fundraising, investment, and management. They have successfully built companies and guided them through to exit. As members of the board of directors, they are responsible for the selection and support of portfolio companies, actively assisted by a team of internationally experienced network partners.

With Sensus Pura Germany GmbH (“SPG”), we issue securities via our own investment platform based on the German Electronic Securities Act (eWpG). This provides investors with eligible, transparent, and secure investment opportunities — including automated processes and online access to their investments, comparable to online banking.

Our platform ensures efficient and legally compliant execution, enables direct co-investments, and guarantees maximum transparency for all stakeholders.
